This Privacy Policy explains how Michael McLaughlin, doing business as Clawmark AI (“Clawmark,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit clawmarkai.com, talk with our AI agents, or otherwise use our services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide. Your name, business name, role, industry, phone number, email address, and any other details you share when you speak or chat with our AI agents or contact us directly.
  • Conversation content. Transcripts, and where applicable recordings, of your voice and chat sessions with our AI agents, used to respond to you, follow up, and improve the Services.
  • Information collected automatically. Standard usage and device data such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and general interaction with the site.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your questions and qualify your inquiry.
  • Schedule, confirm, and remind you about consultations.
  • Send account, scheduling, and customer-care messages, including text messages where you have consented.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

SMS / Text Messaging

Consent. We send text messages only to individuals who have opted in. You may provide consent during a voice or chat conversation with our AI agent, where you confirm that you agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you provide. We record the date and time of your consent.

Message types. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, and customer-care responses related to your inquiry.

Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at michael@clawmarkai.com.

No sharing of mobile data for marketing. Mobile information and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the Services (for example, telephony and messaging, calendar and email, hosting, and AI providers), who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

As stated above, mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are excluded from all sharing and are never provided to third parties for marketing purposes.

AI Agent Interactions

Some of your interactions with Clawmark are handled by automated AI agents over voice and chat. These conversations may be recorded and transcribed for quality, follow-up, and improvement of the Services. Our agents help with scheduling and general questions and do not provide professional, legal, or financial advice.

Call Recording and Consent

Notice. Voice calls with our AI agents may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, follow-up, and improvement of the Services. Before you begin a voice call on our website, we display a clear notice that the call is recorded.

Your consent. By choosing to start a voice call after seeing that notice, you consent to being recorded. We record the date and time of your consent together with the session. If you do not wish to be recorded, do not start the call, and you can use chat or email instead.

Access and storage. Recordings are stored privately and are accessible only to Clawmark and the service providers that help us operate the Services. You may request access to, or deletion of, a recording by emailing us at michael@clawmarkai.com.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, follow up on your inquiry, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To make a request, email us at michael@clawmarkai.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here, and your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Policy.
